The NBIC staff is led by Pastor Michael Ogden (Senior Pastor), Jeff Raines (Director of Administration/Pastor), and a dedicated team including Wendell Brown, Gerald Denton, Seth Cox, Mark Rowland, and Brandon Ivey. Many staff members are graduates of the NBIC program themselves, living proof of what Christ can do for someone who fully surrenders.
